Every piece we build is handcrafted to your exact specifications. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Every piece sold by David Curtis Furniture LLC is custom built to order. When you place an order, production begins within 1โ2 business days. Because each item is made to your specifications, we cannot resell it to another customer.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Before production begins: Cancellations requested before we begin production will receive a full refund with no penalty. Contact us immediately at (269) 403-3058.
After production has begun: A cancellation fee of up to 50% of the order total may apply to cover materials and labor already invested.
After shipment: Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.
RETURN POLICY
We stand behind the quality of every piece we build. If your order arrives damaged or with a defect caused by our craftsmanship, we will make it right.
Inspect your delivery immediately in the presence of the delivery driver before signing. If damage is found: (1) Take clear photos immediately, (2) Note damage on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves, (3) Contact us within 24 hours at (269) 403-3058.
Manufacturing defects: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
Return window: 10 days from delivery to initiate a return.
Return Method: Freight carrier โ customer is responsible for return shipping.
Restocking Fee: $360 on all approved returns.
Refund Processing: Within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
