Terms of Service — David Curtis Furniture LLC Effective Date: May 17, 2026
1. Who We Are David Curtis Furniture LLC is a Michigan-based business that designs, builds, and sells custom handcrafted acrylic church furniture, including pulpits, podiums, lecterns, communion tables, and related accessories. All products are built to order in the Grand Rapids Area, Michigan and shipped nationwide.
2. Orders & Custom Build All products are custom built to your specifications at the time of order. By placing an order, you confirm that your selected size, acrylic finish, and wood add-on options are correct. Production begins within 1–2 business days of order placement. Once production has started, modifications may not be possible.
3. Pricing All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of your order is the price you will be charged. Shipping is calculated and displayed at checkout.
4. Payment Full payment is required at the time of order. We accept all major credit cards and payment methods available through our secure checkout. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments.
5. Shipping All orders ship via freight carrier within the continental United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary by location. All pieces are carefully crated before shipment. You are responsible for inspecting your order at the time of delivery and noting any damage before the driver leaves.
6. Cancellations & Returns Please refer to our full Refund & Cancellation Policy for complete details. In summary — cancellations before production begins receive a full refund. Cancellations after production has begun may incur a fee of up to 50% of the order total. Returns must be initiated within 10 days of delivery.
7. Artwork & Logo Submissions If you have ordered a product with a laser etching or color logo print option, you are responsible for emailing your artwork file to davidcurtisfurniture@gmail.com after placing your order. David Curtis Furniture LLC is not responsible for delays caused by late or incomplete artwork submissions. By submitting artwork, you confirm that you have the right to use it and that it does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property.
8. Accuracy of Information We make every effort to accurately represent our products, including dimensions, materials, and finishes. Slight variations in color may occur due to differences in screen calibration and photography. If you have questions about a specific product before ordering, please contact us.
9. Limitation of Liability David Curtis Furniture LLC's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product ordered. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
10. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kent County, Michigan.
